HOW TO USE :
EXTERNAL
* Take required amount of oil in a bowl and heat it indirectly placing it on top of hot
water.
* Apply this oil over affected area and massage it for 15-20mins to relieve fatigue ,followed by warm water swedation or hot water bath.
INTERNAL
* Children - 1/2 teaspoon with milk
* Adult - 1 teaspoon with milk
